Pollution of The Air – What Can You Do?
What would you do to combat the increasing pollution of the air?
A question that has been asked for many years is does pollution of the air cause asthma and many other breathing conditions? Some say that it has never been proven, but many more categorically agree that is most certainly does.
Impact Pollution Of The Air Has on Kids
Why would kids living next to high traffic roads have an increased risk of developing asthma? Children are more susceptible to develop diseases because of their size. They are at higher risk of developing asthma because their lungs are still developing and they breathe more breaths per second than adults do. I am sure environmentalists are doing their very best to lessen the amount of particulate pollution being released into our environment but many people think they are losing the war.
Although there are many initiatives out there to try cut back on pollution of the air these seem almost insignificant compared to the number of other ways people find to continue to put more pollutants back in.
Our bodies face this onslaught on a daily basis and find it increasingly difficult to remove these pollutants so that they end up being absorbed into our fat cells and tissues, which becomes a big problem for people who suffer from asthma because their lungs get completely clogged and irritated by the pollution and are unable to clean themselves thus making it very difficult to breath.
Finding ways of removing these pollutants and air purification is a huge challenge for the human race. One of the best ways we can help is by planting trees as these help clean the environment by taking in all the pollutants and replacing them with oxygen, but many thousands of trees would need to be planted in the future to make this effective and I am not sure that the people responsible for this are that committed to achieving this goal.
What are your thoughts for cleaning pollution of the air?
Are there any initiatives being piloted to combat pollution of the air in your area?
